By scheduling and booking a roll-off dumpster with Standard Dumpsters, you agree to the following terms and operational conditions.

1. Container Placement & Access

The customer agrees to provide clear, unobstructed access to the designated placement area on the scheduled delivery date. Our drivers utilize protective ArmorFloor™ wood dunnage under container contact points to safeguard surfaces.

2. Prohibited Materials

Customers agree not to place prohibited hazardous items into the container, including chemical solvents, liquid paints, automotive batteries, propane tanks, freon appliances, or medical waste as mandated by Maricopa County solid waste ordinances.

3. Weight Limits & TrueWeight™ Billing

Each container includes an agreed tonnage allowance. Any excess weight recorded by certified landfill tipping scales will be billed at the standard prorated rate specified in your agreement with certified scale slips provided.
